Advocacy Development Partners announced that they’ve selected Agemark Senior Living to manage The Terraces at Via Verde in San Dimas, CA. The Terraces at Via Verde provides memory care focused services for those who live with Alzheimer’s disease or another type of dementia. Opened in 2021, the community is home to more than 50 residents at capacity.

Agemark will now own and/or manage 30 communities starting this spring. Brands under the Agemark’s management now include Astoria, CountryHouse, Holland Farms, Kensington-Evergreen, Kingston Bay, Sage Glendale, Sage Mountain, Serra Sol, TreVista and The Terraces at Via Verde. Although Agemark has experience providing independent and assisted living services, nearly half of Agemark’s managed communities offer focused memory care, with another nine offering memory care services as part of a larger continuum of care. In 2023, 17 of Agemark’s communities earned the highest possible rating in the 2023-24 publication of U.S. News Best Senior Living.
