Agemark Senior Living is Great Place to Work Certified for the Seventh Consecutive Year

Agemark Senior Living has once again earned Great Place to Work certification for 2025-2026. Agemark has been a certified Great Place to Work since 2018.

The Great Place to Work Institute and its senior care partner, Activated Insights, are responsible for the certification process, which involves surveying 100% of employees across Agemark’s locations and evaluating more than 60 elements of team members’ job experiences. These included employee pride in the organization’s community impact, a belief that their work makes a difference, and a sense that their work has special meaning. Rankings are based on employees’ experiences, regardless of their role or position. 

Employees provided Agemark valuable feedback with their survey responses, including:

Nearly 9/10 Agemark employees said their work had special meaning, and wasn’t “just a job”

85% of employees said they felt like they made a difference in the community where they worked

83% of employees mentioned that the company recognizes special events

Employees overwhelmingly agreed that the company treats individuals fairly regardless of race, gender or sexual orientation

One team member remarked that their job was rewarding on a daily basis. “We have the opportunity to give vulnerable people moments of joy and connect with families on an emotional level. I love my job, residents, and coworkers.”

    Another team member noted that their community offered both a fun and rewarding work environment. “This really is my second home. I am lucky to be part of our residents’ lives, and we have the opportunity to make it more cozy and enjoyable for them. I think the job setting offers more opportunities for fun and community building than other types of workplaces.”
