Agemark Senior Living, an industry leader in creating home-like senior communities for more than three decades, was recently appointed as the managing entity of three senior living communities in California: Sage Glendale in Glendale, CA; Sage Mountain in Thousand Oaks, CA; and Kingston Bay in Fresno, Bay. Ownership of these three communities is a joint venture among Mountain Capital Partners, Dekel Capital and Willis Development. Sophos Equities was the consulting asset manager for the transition.
Shlomi Ronen of Dekel Capital says on behalf of the ownership group, “we ultimately selected Agemark to operate these communities because their operating style and focus aligned well with our business plan for these communities.”
The management transition was finalized on June 1, 2023, and resulted in Agemark now having 29 communities under its management umbrella. Martin Hug, CEO of Agemark, says the company is excited to provide management oversight for these three communities. “We’re thrilled to welcome residents and team members at Sage Glendale, Sage Mountain and Kingston Bay to the Agemark family.
