We own and operate vibrant, homelike communities across the United States, offering independent living, assisted living, memory care, and age-in-place support. Our mission is to change lives, and our values – Excellence, Personal Investment, Integrity, Celebration, Accountability, Compassion, and Team Spirit – guide everything we do.
Agemark communities offer a range of senior living options to meet individual needs, including:

Choosing the right level of care depends on your loved one’s needs and preferences. We recommend starting with a conversation and, if helpful, a free care assessment. Our experienced team will guide you through the options and help you make the decision that’s right for your family.
Alternatively, you can take one of our free assessments, such as, “Is it the Right Time for Senior Living,” if you’re not quite ready to reach out, but you’d still like to learn more.

Memory Care is specialized support for individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia. It includes enhanced safety, structure, cognitive engagement, and team members trained in dementia care.
Assisted Living, by contrast, is for individuals who need some daily support—like medication management or help with personal care—but do not have significant memory impairment.
Yes. Many of our communities are designed to support aging in place, meaning couples can remain together even if their care needs change. We customize care plans and living arrangements to support both individuals with compassion and flexibility. Many of our communities offer the option to include a 2nd resident in one apartment.
You can contact any Agemark community directly to schedule a tour or a time to talk and learn more.
Costs vary depending on the level of care needed, location, and apartment style. We offer transparent pricing, a choice of floorplans and a variety of optional services that we hope will meet your budget. A team member can help you understand pricing and what’s included.
