Our newest community, Symphony Pointe, opens in West Omaha and offers Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care. With more growth on the horizon, we look to continuously improve and put ourselves in a position to serve seniors for the foreseeable future.
Agemark ventures into management-only partnerships. Three new communities – Sage Glendale, Sage Mountain and Kingston Bay, join the Agemark-managed family.
Hello, Astoria! Agemark becomes an owner and managing entity for the newly renamed Astoria Senior Living and Memory Care in Omaha. A full-scale renovation begins of the assisted living and current memory care neighborhood, while an old skilled nursing unit is set to become a new memory care neighborhood to serve more local seniors.
Agemark opens four communities in one year, expanding offerings to seniors in southern and northern California, central Iowa and eastern Nebraska.

Michael Pittore spearheads new partnerships with other like-minded companies and investors. As a part-owner and managing entity, we spread our vision of senior living to even more communities across the country.
As we continue to open communities, we also expand our family! Sales, marketing, asset management, recruiting, HR and training positions are added to the Agemark Management Team.
After working for various financial institutions on Wall Street and in London, Michael Pittore comes on board as a company principal.
